Parking at the airport will be more exciting than usual as the Fast Park family of off-site airport parking companies, with 16 facilities in 12 markets, celebrates national Customer Service Week.  Events and giveaways are scheduled every day at each parking facility the week of October 1-5, 2012.

Customers parking during national Customer Service week can expect breakfast treats in the morning and a sweet snack in the afternoon.  Each Fast Park facility will select two customers per day to receive prizes including free parking.  In addition, Fast Park customers will also have the chance to win an iPad by simply using their Relax for Rewards card when visiting, or by submitting their name and email address upon entry.

To end Customer Service week with a flourish, on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 2 PM until 5 PM, each facility will host a party of their choice ranging from a cupcake celebration to a traditional tailgate featuring hot dogs and hamburgers fresh off the grill.

These events coincide with National Customer Service Week, celebrated each year during the first week in October.  Fast Park recognizes that courteous efficient customer service, delivered with a smile, can help take the stress out of traveling.

“Our customers are the most important part of our business, and customer service is our top priority,” said Melanie Chavez, Principle for Fast Park.  “It’s what sets us apart from our competition.  We consistently strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. By celebrating and participating in Customer Service Week, we get the opportunity to say “Thank You” to our customers in a unique way.”
