Traveling with Flexibility and Heightened Awareness
As a valued member of the Fast Park family, we thank you for the trust you place in us to both see you off and welcome you home from your travels. As the current situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) has disrupted travel across the globe, we wanted to reach out to you regarding your Fast Park service and the additional measures we’re taking at each of our facilities across the country.
Continuous Service & Care
We take our commitment to be your trusted travel partner very seriously. As such, our facilities remain open with 24/7, uninterrupted service. In addition, we have implemented increased cleaning procedures across our Fast Park footprint. Now, until further notice, all drivers and guest ambassadors will be wiping down and sanitizing surfaces including shuttle buses, booths, entrance columns and Express Lane equipment at a minimum of three times per shift. We also have met with our team members to reinforce awareness and recommended sanitary practices.
We are committed to doing our part to increase the safety of our guests and team members and will continue to monitor the evolving situation and adhere to the guidelines of governments, public health officials and medical professionals.
