Fast Park’s annual customer service week celebration kicks off Sunday, March 20 and runs through Sunday, March 27. Each year, Fast Park designates one week to thank its customers and dedicated employees.

“Our staff goes above and beyond to offer outstanding customer service each day, but we like to dedicate one week each year to show our appreciation to our loyal guests,” said Melanie Chavez, VP of construction and branding. “From on-site and online giveaways, to a special drawing for our Relax for Rewards Members, we focus on making sure that both our on-site guests and our rewards members feel special. We also spend time throughout the week recognizing and rewarding our dedicated staff who provide our high level of customer service.”
Fast Park has 16 offsite airport parking facilities located in 14 markets throughout the country. Each facility will take time to make customers feel extra special during the week-long celebration.
Activities on-site and online include:
• Daily On-site Giveaways: All guests will be given morning and afternoon treats and Fast Park gear and accessories will be given away to some lucky guests.
