To say “thank you” to its loyal customers and staff, Fast Park is hosting Customer Service Week with special gifts, giveaways and surprises March 7 through March 14.

“We look forward to Customer Service Week every year,” said Melanie Chavez, VP of construction and branding. “We try to show our appreciation for our customers every day but this week allows us to make them feel extra special and even pamper them a little with treats and surprises.”

Events and giveaways are scheduled each of the seven days at all of Fast Park’s 16 facilities in 13 markets. Activities will be planned onsite for travelers as well as giveaways online for social media fans and members of Fast Park’s rewards program.

Fast Park customers can expect:
  • Onsite snacks and goodies when they enter and exit the facility
  • Free parking, gift cards and Fast Park goodies (such as blankets, mugs and other items) for randomly-selected customers
  • Opportunities to win small prizes (lottery tickets and Fast Park merchandise) by participating in a trivia game on select shuttles to or from the airport
  • Chances to win travel gifts, electronics and gift cards on the Fast Park Facebook page from March 9 through March 13
  • A random drawing for a $500 American Express Gift Card for one Relax for Rewards member who parked with Fast Park in 2014
