Even the most seasoned road warriors traveling out of CVG may be in unfamiliar territory beginning Oct. 20 with the opening of the airport’s new ground transportation center and rental car facility (CONRAC).
Starting 10-20-21, all ground transportation, including Fast Park, will be relocated to the Ground Transportation West area adjacent to baggage claim. This beautiful new space will be home to rental car companies, hotel shuttles, and all parking shuttle services.
Flying Out of CVG: The Fast Park shuttle will drop guests off at Ground Transportation West – Zone 2. Guests will then follow signs to ticketing. A bank of elevators and optional stairs are available to transport guests to the ticketing level. Guests may also access Level 3 by taking a right upon entrance, navigating through baggage claim and taking the escalators up to ticketing and security.
Arriving Home to CVG: After retrieving luggage from baggage claim, guests should walk toward Baggage Claim 1 and follow the signs to Ground Transportation West – Zone 2.
The changes to the airport’s ground transportation procedures are designed to relieve terminal traffic congestion and better accommodate all modes of ground transportation including parking shuttles, hotel shuttles, car rental access, ride shares and more.
