Fast Park, a leading offsite airport parking company, has completed an expansion of its Fast Park & Relax facility, located at 8550 Stansted road, near the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). The expansion nearly doubles its capacity with covered parking spaces a mere two years after its opening.

“Our Indianapolis location has seen tremendous growth since opening in 2014,” said Melanie Chavez, executive vice president of construction and branding at Fast Park. “As the demand for our services grew, we knew a major expansion was needed. We’re thrilled to be able to accommodate more travelers and grow our customer base in Indianapolis.”

In December, Fast Park launched new mobile capabilities and online tools, including online parking reservations for IND travelers, at www.thefastpark.com.

About IND Fast Park

Fast Park’s first LEED-certified facility, the Indianapolis location incorporates many green initiatives, including a water reclamation system for irrigation purposes, low-VOC materials and Green Guard label furnishings. In addition, the Indianapolis Fast Park uses a geo-thermal heating system, offers four EV charging stations and has the infrastructure to install a large-scale solar panel system that would make it Fast Park’s first net zero facility. Located just four miles from the airport, the Fast Park facility is a quick shuttle to the airport with an everyday low price of $8.00 per day.

Holladay Construction Group of Indianapolis facilitated the project.
