Fast Park, an offsite airport parking company, has opened its first Atlanta facility at 251 Charles W. Grant Parkway (exit 239 off I-75) serving the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Servicing the international terminal only, it will provide one of the most convenient and completely covered locations for both domestic and international travelers.

“We’re thrilled to offer Atlanta travelers an easy and time-saving alternative to the Domestic Terminal,” says Peter Guggenheim, director of marketing at Fast Park & Relax. “Everyone knows Camp Creek is one big traffic jam, but the C.W. Grant Parkway and the International Terminal are stress-free, offering travelers peace of mind. Many savvy travelers already understand the time-saving benefit of making their way through the international terminal even when flying domestic. We want to make sure more travelers understand and experience the shorter lines at check-in and security by parking with us.”

Fast Park has offered comfortable and consistent service to travelers across the country for over three decades, while continuing to push innovative solutions in order to improve the airport experience. The completely covered facility will be branded Fast Park & Relax. Similar to Fast Park’s 16 current locations throughout the country, the Atlanta facility will feature eight complimentary electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, use low VOC materials and Green Guard label furnishings. In addition, it will have the infrastructure to build a large-scale solar panel system.

All Fast Park guests will enjoy the company’s trademark service:

• Covered parking
• FastCharge, complimentary ChargePoint EV stations
• No walking, no waiting, no worries® car to airport terminal shuttle service
• Complimentary luggage assistance, newspaper upon entry (available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. while supplies last) and bottled water upon exit
• Emergency car services including battery and tire inflation assistance

While this will be the company’s first offsite airport parking facility in Atlanta, the company is no stranger to the city having managed ATL’s onsite airport parking facility for nearly 29 years from 1980 to 2009.

Fast Park’s parent company, Parking Company of America (PCA), has also had a large presence in Atlanta since 1967 with its corporate regional office currently located on Luckie Street. It also owns and operates 45 PCA parking lots throughout the city.

“Atlanta has always been near to our hearts,” said Manuel Chavez III, chief operating officer. “We have deep roots and a great presence here through our PCA facilities. We’re so pleased to be able to expand in this market and introduce Atlanta business and leisure travelers to the Fast Park brand and experience. We’re proud to serve Atlanta.”

To celebrate the opening of the facility, guests can stay with Fast Park & Relax for $5.50 per day, which is 50 percent off the regular rate.

The facility was built by DooleyMack Constructors of GA, Inc. and a grand opening event will take place in early 2016.
