Fast Park Update 3-23-20
As a valued member of the Fast Park family, we thank you for the trust you place in us to both see you off and welcome you home from your travels. As the current situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) has disrupted travel across the globe, we wanted to reach out to you regarding your Fast Park service and the additional measures we’re taking at each of our facilities across the country.
Over the past few days, Stay-at-Home orders have been issued for three of our markets including Chicago (State of Illinois), Cleveland (State of Ohio), and Indianapolis (State of Indiana). In addition, the State of Kentucky has ordered that all non-essential businesses close and the City of Memphis has just issued a Stay-at-Home order. We fully expect more to be issued in the coming days and weeks. We continue to meet regularly with our executive leadership to determine how both the diminished need for travel and the Stay-at-Home Orders impact our business and ability to serve our guests. Thus far, the State of Illinois, State of Ohio, and State of Indiana orders do allow for airport operations and those businesses supporting airport operations to remain open and operational.
Fast Park Operational Changes
We continue to operate with reduced staff across the country to match the reduced demand for airport parking. This will result in pick-up times longer than to which you’ve grown accustomed. If you find yourself at the airport in need of a pick-up, please do not hesitate to call our offices to ensure a shuttle is en-route to the airport arrivals area.
Effective 3/23/20, we will implement social distancing measures at all Fast Park locations. This includes limiting shuttles to 4 guests and discontinuing luggage assistance. Exceptions will be made for families traveling together. Due to reduced demand, we do not believe these social distancing measures will significantly impact pick-up or drop-off times, however, we do sometimes experience flight clusters that may result in increased wait times.

Our priority right now is to comply with national and local recommendations and orders, doing what we can to keep both our guests and team members healthy. We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and adhere to the guidelines of governments, public health officials and medical professionals. Thank you for being a loyal Fast Park guest.
