"I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Orlando FPR. Our daughter left her doll on the shuttle bus Monday afternoon on our way home. We didn't realize it until several hours later. The manager on duty knew exactly what I was talking about when I called later that night. She assured me that the doll was in safe keeping until we could figure out when we'd make the 140 mile round trip visit to retrieve the doll. I humbly called the yesterday to see if there was any way to ship the doll with our account number. The manager assured me that it would be done and the doll arrived today. Thank you so much for your help with this. Our daughter is especially grateful and relieved! "
